As I mentioned in a post a while back, we’re starting our weekly Lunch and a Movie. Every Thursday at Joe Momma’s, we’re going to show amateur short films during each of Union High School’s two lunches. 10% of the lunch-time sales will be donated to Team One Enterprises, a local mission group with whom I’m involved, and the visiting patrons will get to enjoy the video offerings of their A/V gifted peers.

The motivation for this weekly event is to give area youth pastors a chance to connect with their students in a fun setting (and give them a free lunch), to raise some money for Team One, and to promote the restaurant and create buzz and exposure. If you’re in town, I hope you’ll join us on Thursdays for a great cause and a great time.
